Quit Smoking - Don't Make The Same Mistake That Clive James Did

Clive James is one of the most famous writers in the history of Australia, but made a big mistake trying to quit smoking.

At the time of writing genius of the written and spoken word was seriously ill, partly due to diseases related to snuff. After decades of smoking that he had successfully quit smoking, but after a year, he started thinking about cigarettes.

One of the things that humans are excellent at rationalizing bad behavior. Then he began to think about having only a few cigarettes per day. However, in his own words, a few days later, he smoked a cigarette.

This is a very common experience for smokers. And there may come a day after leaving or forty years. It's just the way our brain works. Drugs such as nicotine, alcohol and other harmful chemicals, all have something in common.

The message is simple I tell every customer who smokes, is that you can never have even a puff or draw drag of a cigarette. Plant this thought at the back of your mind, pull the hand if necessary. And do not kid yourself that it will be different from anyone else on the planet!

Another problem for those who stay in the cold turkey quit drugs or is that all the old mechanisms are still active in their brain. A client recently told me that after thirty years, his mother always think of a cigarette every time I had a glass of wine. This is too long and unnecessary.

Unfortunately, there is no solution to the first problem. But it is perhaps not a bad thing, because it means to be aware that it will be clear that you can not smoke never have again. Imagine if this was not the case, then smokers have little reason to light not only when ever they please.

However, the second problem can be solved. All triggers are just smoking habits in some cases thousands of times have been re-enforced. These habits may be permanently released from your subconscious with a single session of hypnosis rapid change.

The conclusion is that no one can make you stop smoking because there is no such thing as mind control, but it can become very easy for you to quit. Imagine a world where minds can be manipulated. You are just a step away to be free from cigarettes for life.
